WARSAW - City
The
city of
Warsaw had gone through
many years of history and
experienced almost total
destruction during the
World War
II. Reconstruction
were carried out after the
war, and what we see today
is a reconstruction of
"almost" identical buildings
of pre-war Poland.
Warsaw is Poland’s largest
city and a centre of
political, economic and
cultural life. It is also an
important educational centre
with many universities and
scientific
institutions.
